Website unreachable for friend

My colleague's sister is trying to check out our website and server and can see this website but not the server, like the domain does not exist at all. I don't understand, aren't arendelle.online and club.arendelle.online on the same systrem?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Your colleague friend isn't a + member, I guess. So why would she even need to see the server?

Well, I am, and I send her a link to a video but she can't even connect to the server at all.

I need to check the logfiles then. Maybe your friend's sister or whatever is on a blocklist somehow.
