I noticed this sentence in the rules page: "Arendelle Online and Club Arendelle Online are hosted in Switzerland. The legal residence of the owner and admin is the United Kingdom. Neither Switzerland nor the United Kingdom is a member of the European Union."
Why is that specifically mentioned? Does it mean anything?
