No, you're not wrong, it is generally a horrible breed, living in a social opinion bubble and kicking everyone out who does not agree with their woke opinions. Literally anybody with an account can create subreddits and be/assign moderators. It seems unlikely that only wankers are selected for the job, but you are right about the Frozen subreddit. These are a bunch of absolute tossers.
